1. Order Processing Time

All Offend All Day products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner.

• Processing and production time: 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Note: During peak seasons or holidays, production times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time

After fulfillment, shipping times depend on your destination and chosen delivery method:

• United States: 3–7 business days

• International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on location and customs)

Total delivery time = Production time (2–5 business days) + Shipping time.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on:

• Destination address

• Product type and quantity

• Chosen shipping method

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update once your order leaves the facility.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once production begins. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.

While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carrier issues

• Weather conditions

• Customs processing

• Incorrect address entries
